Early on Subject date, I had the privilege to meet Mr. James E. Rothrock, P.E. in charged of project. Mr. Rothrock was very diligent, courteous and informative as to the work to be done in my property. I had the opportunity to observe this fine crew of 4 as they performed their task throughout the day. I was amazed to see excellent team work among these employees as they did their duties in a truly manner and very harmoniously. For your information, the drillers cleaned up and left my property in good order and to my satisfaction. I would also like to add that two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to also meet Mr. John E. Dye from your department, who also conducted an investigation of my property. Mr. Dye was very friendly, corteous and took upon his own initiative to explain in detail the whole project and action to be taken in my property. It was indeed gratifying and interesting observing this fine group of employees on their job.
